Reliance Jio confirmed that customers in some cities of North India are facing internet interruption. Based on the complaints of users coming on the JioCare Twitter handle, we can assume that the cities whose users have been affected by this problem are Lucknow, Ludhiana, Dehradun, and Delhi-NCR.
A spokesperson for Reliance Jio Infocomm told Gadgets 360 that some of their Jio fiber users are experiencing service problems in some cities in North India. However, other Jio customers across India are enjoying this service. “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to our valued customers,” he said.
Significantly, Jio did not clarify how long this problem of Jio fiber will be fixed and what is causing this problem. Many users have been complaining about Geocare since yesterday, and till now they have no connectivity. At the same time, some customers claim that they are unable to contact the support team as well, and even after 15 minutes of waiting, their call is not being picked up at the call center. The live chat feature provided by Jio Fiber is also not working for some subscribers.
The problem of Internet service for more than a day is a major concern for many Jio fiber users.
