Vodafone-Idea launches AI chat-bot: Vodafone-Idea announced last month that it was developing a chat-bot VIC equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature to solve customer queries. The telecom company has made this virtual assistance chat-bot live for users. Users can register their complaints through the company’s website, My Vodafone App, My Idea App, and Whatsapp, where this chat-bot will help in resolving the queries of the users.
This chat-bot VIC of Vodafone-Idea has been developed by a company named ORISERVE. According to the company’s claim, it will help chat-boat users with queries related to services such as bill payment, recharge, value added services, plan activation, new connections, data balance, bill request. This service of Vodafone-Idea will be available to help 24×7 users. In it, Cutting as Next Generation Artificial Intelligence, NLP, Deep Learning and other trailblazing technology have been used.
Vodafone-Idea users can connect to VIC through their Whatsapp to use this service. For this, users will have an SMS receipt from Vodafone-Idea, requesting to link the user’s number for VIC services. If users want to take advantage of this service, then they can link their number to VIC. Apart from this, users can also get help from this chat-boat through Whatsapp by saving the number of Vodafone Care or Idea Care.
In this chatbot, users can get some pre-feed response. As soon as the user sends a query to the chat-bot, they will have many options as a pre-feed response. Users can reply by choosing the option according to their query. This chat-boat will send a response related to the query as soon as the user is replying.
