BJP leader Kirit Somaiya has demanded the resignation of Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. Kirit Somaiya said that 'the Home Minister should resign immediately due to the mess committed by the Mumbai Police in this case. Sushant's family will get justice after the Supreme Court's decision.
At the same time, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut reacted strongly that “If the matter of resignation comes out, it will go to Delhi”. Raut said that 'Truth and justice always prevail. The rule of law prevails in Maharashtra.
Raut questioned the Mumbai Police questioning the investigation that “the Mumbai Police was properly investigating the case. There is no one above the law. The allegations that are being made are not true”.
Raut said that in the government who are knowledgeable about the legal action or the commissioner or advocate general of Mumbai Police can speak on the decision of the Supreme Court, it is not right for me to talk about it. He said that the Supreme Court has given its verdict in this matter and when the full information comes to us, the spokesperson from the government will speak in this matter.
