According to the information, this fire has occurred in a 400 kV electric substation located near the Sector 148 metro station. This substation began for operation in March 2018. The trial of the metro started on a 10-kilometer long track from the depot metro station to the Sector 148 metro station by the power of this power station.
A sudden fire broke out in the electrical sub station on Wednesday morning. In a few moments, the fire took a formidable form. The cause of the fire is being described as a short circuit. Firemen are trying to extinguish the fire.
Police Park in-charge Knowledge Park has informed that, on August 19, at around 8:30 am, through the control room, the police received information that there was a fire in the transformer kept in the power house of NPCL near Sector-148. He said that efforts are on to extinguish the fire with the help of the Fire Service.
