The Maharashtra government's lawyer said that he would challenge the Supreme Court's decision and put up a review petition. On this, the Supreme Court said that first read this decision in detail and after that consider filing a review petition. The Supreme Court said that this is a 35-page decision and after thorough study of every aspect, this decision has been pronounced.
Apart from this, the Supreme Court also said that the FIR filed in Patna is also legally agreed. The court said in its judgment that the recommendation of the CBI probe by Nitish government was correct. The court said that now the Maharashtra government will have to cooperate in the investigation.
The court said that the Mumbai police will have to hand over all the evidence to the CBI, although the Maharashtra government has said to file a review petition. At the same time Vikas Singh, advocate of Sushant's father KK Singh, has described it as a big win for the family. The court said in its judgment that the Mumbai Police has not conducted any investigation in the matter, just interrogated it.
Apart from this, Neeraj Singh Bablu, cousin of Sushant Singh Rajput, said that this decision has come for our family and crores of people of the country. He said that we thank all the people who had supported the CBI investigation in the case.
