Connection to jmb terrorists
Dr. Siegfried O. Wolf, Research Director of the South Asia Democratic Forum in Brussels, believes the ISI's involvement in terrorist training of 40 Rohingya by Jamaat ul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB).
