In 2014, Sachin Joshi bought one kilo of gold from a gold trading company. At that time, Shilpa Shetty and her husband were in key positions in the company.
Actor-producer Sachin Joshi has filed a complaint against Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra at a Mumbai police station. Sachin alleged that he was cheated in the case of buying one kg of gold. He bought this gold under the Gold Scheme scheme of Satyug Gold Private Limited Company. According to Sachin, Shilpa and Raj are the heads of this company.
On the other hand, Shilpa and Raj's close friends claim that Sachin Joshi has done trouble for himself by doing so. Because Sachin will not get gold until he has deposited the arrears in the court. An insider even said that Shilpa and Raj have already filed a check bounce case against Sachin.
The gold will be under the supervision of the court
The source further stated that, 'On 11 September, the Hon'ble Bombay High Court overturned the order dated 7 September 2020, in which Sachin Joshi was allowed to receive 1 kg of gold deposited with the court. In the new order, the court has barred Sachin from taking gold, currently instructing him to keep it safe under the supervision of the Honorable Court until the arbitrator resolves the issue of both parties.
This is the whole matter
According to Joshi, in March 2014, he bought one kg of gold from Satyug Gold Private Limited Company for Rs 18.58 lakh. At that time he was given a gold card at a discounted rate under the five-year plan, and was promised that he could get the gold in exchange for it after the expiry of the fixed period.
At the time of investment, Shilpa Shetty and her husband were in key positions in the company. When Joshi tried to encash the card after completing five years in March 2019, he came to know that the Bandra-Kurla-based company had closed. Even after this he continued to contact the company, but received no response.
