Gorakshapeethadheeshwar, who came to Gorakhpur on a three-day tour, attended the tribute meeting of Mahant Digvijaynath and Mahant Avedyanath held at Gorakhnath Temple on Saturday. Presiding over the program, the Chief Minister said that this program inspires us to do something new. Most of the dreams of Brahmalin Mahant Digvijaynath were fulfilled by his disciple Brahmalin Mahant Avedyanath in his life.
The entire life of both the saints was spent without any discrimination. He was free from the bondage of caste religion and worked for Indian culture with national interest. CM Yogi, while addressing the principals and teachers of Maharana Pratap Shiksha Parishad, said that he should bring such a specialty in his field that the institution can make it a standard. During the program, he remembered and paid tribute to former President Pranab Mukherjee.
Saint Suresh Das Maharaj of Digambar Akhada Ayodhya said that the saints on whose death anniversary we gathered worked for social harmony throughout life. In Janmabhoomi movement, people of all sections of society did such a pious work, whose record is being established all over the world.
