Former Union Minister Jitin Prasad, who signed a letter from 23 disgruntled leaders who voiced against the methodology with questions on Congress leadership, has not found a place in any committee. In this regard, a party leader said that some other committees are to be formed for UP. The party's intention is not to leave any leader but to involve everyone. Apart from this, Raj Babbar and RPN Singh are also not named in any committee.
Meetings could not be held
The party has made public the names of the leaders regarding the UP manifesto, but the members of the committee started preparing the blueprint from January this year. The meetings could not be held due to Corona.
Congress will take opinion of one million people for manifesto
The Congress will take the opinion of one million people of the state in preparing its manifesto. Each district will have a different role. Congress will release its manifesto about six-seven months before the election. The President of the State Congress and the Leader of the party in the Legislative Assembly will be members of all committees.

The election manifesto committee includes Salman Khurshid, PL Punia, Aradhana Mishra Mona, Vivek Bansal, Supriya Srinet, Amitabh Dubey. The outreach committee will also include Pramod Tiwari, Pradeep Jain Aditya, Gajraj Singh, Nasimuddin Siddiqui, Imran Masood, Bal Kumar Patel and former vice president of UP Congress.

Khatri in Training and Cadre Development Committee
Nirmal Khatri, Harendra Agrawal, Hanuman Tripathi, Satish Rai, Dali Sharma, Keshavchand Yadav have got the responsibility in the Training and Cadre Development Committee. Rajesh Mishra, Zafar Ali Naqvi, Rajaram Pal, Pradeep Mathur, Vinod Chaturvedi, Masood Akhtar, Ajaypal Singh will also work with the Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj state president in the Panchayat Raj Election Committee.
