Tejas Express will start running from next month
The country's first corporate train Lucknow-New Delhi Tejas Express will start running from October. IRCTC, the company that operates the train, has completed preparations for its operation. It is expected that operations will begin between October 10 to 15. After this, the operation of Mahakal Express running between Varanasi to Indore will be started.
Tejas Express is known for its special passenger amenities. The best food, breakfast and drinks are free in this train. Though there are enough trains for the passengers of Kanpur to go to Delhi, the Tejas Express is different from them. Apart from this, Kashi-Mahakal Express is also in great demand for those going to Ujjain. 40 to 50 percent of the seats of the train are filled with the passengers of Kanpur.
IRCTC station officer Amit Sinha said that Tejas Express will start operating from the middle of October. For this, regional manager Amit Gupta has made full preparations. Operations will start as soon as the green signal is received from the Railway Board. After Tejas, the second corporate train Kashi-Mahakal Express will also be operated.
