It is to be known that on the night of July 3 in Bikaru, Kanpur, vicious criminal Vikas Dubey, along with the gang, gunned down eight policemen including deputy SP. Eight policemen were also injured in the incident. A few days later, on the morning of July 10, the police killed Vikas Dubey in an encounter. While his brother Krishnanagar resident Deep Prakash had recovered an official number ambassador car from his house. Vineet Pandey, who was a resident of Vrindavan Colony.
On July 5, Vineet filed a lawsuit in Kotwali for threatening and carrying his ambassador's car. In this, Vikas Dubey and his brother Deep Prakash were accused. The then DCP Madhya had announced a reward of Rs 20,000 for Deep Prakash's arrest.
According to Inspector in-charge Krishnanagar Dhirendra Kumar Upadhyay, a non-bailable warrant has been obtained from the court for the arrest. He has also served a notice of 82 for attachment action at Deep Prakash's house. The Crime Branch team is also engaged in the arrest of Inam Deep Prakash.
