Popular rap singer Badshah has been in the news ever since he was accused of buying fake followers. Badshah is alleged to have bought fake followers and views for his latest song 'Pagal' to break the world record. In this case, when the Mumbai police investigated, the names of more than 20 popular celebrities have come up in such a scam. The emperor himself has admitted that he had bought 7.2 crore views for Rs 72 lakh. Now rapper Honey Singh's statement in this case has come out in which he has taken the side of the emperor.
In an interview to IANS recently, Honey Singh said without naming the emperor, 'I have heard rumors about many rappers who buy fake followers and views for their songs. I just want to say that when I started my career and I was getting popularity, people had made many allegations against me. Even now these are just allegations and nothing has been proved so we should not reach its conclusion.
This is a sign of progress: Honey Singh
Honey Singh further said that 'this is a sign of progress. I want to congratulate the artist who has been facing these allegations because they are making progress and these are just allegations. I cannot say much about it '. Badshah and Honey Singh have been rivals of each other since the beginning, so everyone is surprised to hear Honey Singh's statement.
Honey Singh, who garnered popularity with songs from controversial lyrics and then music albums, has sung songs in films such as 'Boss' and 'Chennai Express'. Honey Singh, who is away from the industry after the controversies, made a comeback in 2019 with the song 'Makhna'. After which his song 'Billo Tu Aag Hai' has been released recently.
