In the press conference, the Ministry of Health stated that the number of patients recovering from the corona virus in the country has been steadily increasing and mortality has been decreasing. The ministry said that 62 per cent of the total active cases of the country are in five states.

Ministry Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that the recovery rate (recovery rate) of corona virus patients in India is continuously increasing. He said that the gap between active cases and recovery cases is also increasing. Today there are 8 lakh 83 thousand active cases in the country, so 33 lakh 23 thousand people have been cured.
Bhushan said that 53 deaths per 10 lakh population have been recorded in the country. He said that in the countries with which we are compared, the figure of population per 10 lakh is 500 to 600. He said that the corona mortality rate in India was 2.15 percent in August, which has now come down to 1.70 percent.
He said that there are five states in the country in which 62 percent of the total active cases of the country are cases. Of the total active cases across the country, Maharashtra accounts for 27 per cent, Andhra Pradesh 11 per cent, Karnataka 10.98 per cent, Uttar Pradesh around seven per cent and Tamil Nadu around six per cent.
The ICMR said that no person should be scared of the investigation. Dr. Bhargava said that to be afraid of viruses, not to be afraid of investigation. He said that the war against the corona virus has to be taken more seriously. So far more than five crore people have been subjected to corona investigation.
