Our metabolism gets better by eating a little in between. Try to eat something throughout the day. During this time one can eat cucumber, sprouts. Have a green tea or lemon tea after lunch. Apart from this you can also have fruits, but avoid bananas, grapes, mangoes.
Exercise can also be helpful
Regular physical activity is very important for health. Especially when you are thinking about losing weight or handling it.
According to the CDC, doing more physical activities while losing weight means burning more calories. Due to eating less, you get fewer calories and when you do exercise or any physical activity, calories are burnt. If both these works are being done simultaneously then the weight may be reduced.
Not only this, physical activity also reduces your risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. According to experts, if you are not able to get out of the house, then you can take the help of exercises like Zumba, dancing or aerobics for at least half an hour every day.
