The SHRC has now reported in its investigative report that when Riya went to Morchuri, there was no evidence of any violation of the rules in the hospital. According to news agency NNI, SHRC Chairman MA Saeed has said that no such rules were violated by the Mumbai Police or the hospital when Riya Chakraborty went to Morchuri during Sushant Singh Rajput's post-mortem.
MA Saeed said that he had initiated the investigation on the basis of media reports. He said that there were reports in the media that Riya Chakraborty had gone to Morchuri at the time. At that time the rules were breached by the Mumbai Police and Cooper Hospital, but the SHRC has now come to know in the investigation that no rules were violated by the Mumbai Police and the Hospital.
Let us tell you that an alleged video of Riya Chakraborty going to Morchuri was revealed. After this, SHRC has sent a show cause notice to Dr. RN Cooper Municipal General Hospital Dean and Mumbai Police. The commission had sent this notice during Sushant Singh Rajput's post-mortem to allow actress Riya Chakraborty to stay at the Mortuary (Postmortem room). According to media reports, SHRC Chairman MA Saeed had asked the matter to be looked into by the Law Department of the Commission.
Significantly, such reports were reported in the media that during Sushant Singh Rajput's post-mortem, Riya Chakraborty had stayed in the Mortuary (Postmortem Room) for about 45 minutes. This claim was made on the basis of a video. The video was reported on the morning of 15 June. In the video, Riya Chakraborty was seen with two boys and a girl. In which it was claimed that this girl was Shruti Modi. While one of the two boys, Riya's brother Shouvik and the other Sushant Singh Rajput's house manager Samuel Miranda, were told.
