Viscera's investigation may reveal the exact cause of Sushant's death. However, the viscera found by the forensic team of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is quite low and degenerate. This is making investigation difficult. The AIIMS team will submit the report next week in the case of Sushant's death.
AIIMS team is investigating at the behest of CBI
Many media reports have questioned the Mumbai Police's claim that Sushant had committed suicide. Sushant's family and fans are anticipating that poisoning or drug overdose may be the reason for the actor's death. The CBI is investigating the Sushant case following the Supreme Court order. The viscera investigation was started by the forensic expert of AIIMS at the behest of the investigating agency.
Cooper Hospital handed over viscera sample to Mumbai Police
On June 15, Sushant was autopsied by a board of 5 doctors at Cooper Hospital in Mumbai. Sushant died after being hanged by the Medical Board. Sushant's viscera was handed over to the Mumbai Police by a team from Cooper Hospital. The viscera contains the internal parts of organs such as the liver, pancreas, and intestine of the deceased.
