Seat sharing is not easy
Even before the talks on seat sharing began in the state, parties in the NDA are pressurizing each other to get more seats. JDU wants to get more seats in the election with the role of elder brother. The party wants the 2015 assembly elections to be made the basis of seat sharing. Whereas BJP wants to make the last Lok Sabha elections the basis of seat sharing. The BJP wants to give one hundred seats to itself and JDU, 30 to LJP and 13 to other parties.
Chirag and Manjhi's screws too
During this time, LJP and HAM have thrown a new screw on the seat sharing. LJP parliamentary board president Chirag Paswan is attacking CM Nitish to get more seats. He has publicly stated that his alliance in the state is with BJP and not JDU. On the other hand, Nitish has included Ham in the alliance to cut LJP. Chief of Ham and former CM of the state Jitan Ram Manjhi has said on the lines of Chirag that his party's alliance is with JDU and not BJP.
Nadda will give edge to electoral strategy
Nadda's visit to Bihar aims to give edge to the electoral strategy along with solving the seat-sharing scandal. In this sequence, Nadda will also hold a meeting with the party's core group in the state. Fadnavis, BL Santosh and state general secretary in-charge Bhupendra Yadav will also be present in this meeting.
