Shah said, 'Congress and group gangs want to bring Jammu and Kashmir back to the era of terror and unrest. They want to take away the rights of Dalits, women and tribals by removing Article 370. That is why they are being rejected by people everywhere. '

What is a secret agreement
On August 4, 2019, an all-party meeting was held at Farooq Abdullah's residence at Gupakar. A resolution was issued here, which was called the secret agreement.
