Shahnawaz Hussain issued a statement saying that after the end of the three-phase elections in Bihar, one thing is certain that the public has a lot of enthusiasm for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar and a large number of voters have voted for the NDA. Shahnawaz Hussain rejected the exit poll figures claiming that the results would come in favor of the NDA.
He further said that by 12 noon on Tuesday it will be decided that a government is going to be formed under the leadership of NDA in Bihar and Nitish Kumar will take over as the Chief Minister for the fourth time. Hussain, citing the 2015 exit poll, said that the BJP was expected to get more votes at that time but it did not happen.
Exit polls of that time proved to be wrong. Apart from this, the estimation of exit poll done in many other states was proved wrong. Hussain said that this happens because the sample size is smaller in the exit poll than the state's population.
Apart from this, he said that BJP is assessed on the basis of feedback received from the booth level of the workers. Based on this assessment, we are saying that the NDA government is going to be formed in Bihar and Nitish Kumar will again become the Chief Minister.
