Intelligence agencies are on high alert in Saharanpur, UP after two suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists were arrested in Delhi. On Tuesday, intelligence agencies questioned several people in Deoband area as well, while in Saharanpur, the ATS has arrested two Bangladeshi nationals living illegally. Both these citizens were living in India on the basis of fake documents. They have also got contacts in foreign countries as well. ATS has taken them with them to Lucknow.
According to the information, among the accused arrested are Iqbal and Farukh's son Noor Mohammed resident Kamela Colony, Saharanpur. Investigation revealed that he had also got passport and Aadhaar card made from Saharanpur on the basis of fake documents.
Both of them were exiled to Bangladesh after their release from jail. After this, both of them again crossed the border illegally to India in 2015 and got fake voter ID, Aadhar card and passport made through brokers at the address of Saharanpur.
Inquiries have revealed that the two Bangladeshi are in contact with people from USA, Saudi Arabia, Italy, UK, Australia and Myanmar. Two Aadhar cards, four check books, three debit cards, one voter card, one driving license, one employee card, five bank passbooks, PAN card and a passport file number have been recovered from both the accused. At present, UP ATS has gone to Lucknow with both the accused.
