In an exclusive phone conversation with Tech for FTCP, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the people of the state have once again decided to hand over the responsibility of Madhya Pradesh to the BJP, committed for development and public welfare. It is clearly visible. This by-election was between development and destruction.
In 15 years, the Congress government of Kamal Nath did the task of taking the state on the path of destruction in the state of Madhya Pradesh, which the BJP government took on the path of development. Whatever the Congress Party said in its promissory note was denied. The people of the state were cheated. Insulted the public representatives. The public representatives who came to their people as promised, Kamal Nath did no work for them. They all stood with truth and justice. The voter is the largest court in a democracy and that court has given its verdict today.
Asked about the defeat of Kamal Nath and Congress, CM Shivraj said, “Ignoring the public and disrespect of your own is responsible for this situation.” Replying to the question of the result being weak in Gwalior-Chambal division, CM Chauhan said, “All the results are yet to come.” Not only Shivraj Singh Chauhan, not only one worker of the entire party shed his sweat. The worker was working diligently to avenge the atrocities inflicted on our workers within 15 months. This victory is being achieved because of their hard work.
Responding to the allegations leveled by the Congress on EVMs and misuse of government machinery in elections, the state CM Chouhan said, “It is a symbol of Congress's desperation and double character”. When the Congress came to power in the state, elections were held from EVMs and today when the Congress was ousted from the whole of Madhya Pradesh, elections are still being held from EVMs. They accuse even the Supreme Court including the Election Commission. Congress has no faith in constitutional institutions.
After Jyotiraditya Scindia joined BJP, many factions have formed in BJP. Shivraj Singh Chauhan, while answering the question that factionalism will increase in BJP, said for the Congress, this much will be seen that Sawan's blind looks green. Since there are four to five congresses in the Congress. Therefore, they are unable to understand that there is only one party in the BJP and there are all workers from that party's PM Narendra Modi to the President of the ward.
In response to the question whether Shivraj and Scindia will be given the credit for this result of the by-election, CM Chauhan said that after his joining BJP, our strength has become one and one eleven.
