- Nitish cabinet will have its first meeting in Bihar. On Monday, 14 ministers were sworn in along with CM Nitish.

Nitish government for the seventh time in Bihar
Nitish Kumar became the Chief Minister of Bihar for the 7th time on Monday. He was accompanied by 14 leaders who took the oath of office. These include 5 ministers from JDU and 7 from BJP's quota, including two deputy CMs. We and one leader each from VIP were made ministers. There were 5 ministers from the Savarna community, 7 from the backward classes and 3 from the Dalit community.
Nitish Kumar relied on three chowdris
There were two Chaudhary in Nitish's cabinet – Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and Ashok Chaudhary. But, by giving the name of the third Mevalal Chaudhary to the first list of the cabinet, Nitish Kumar has made his gritty. Mevalal lost the chair in 2010 due to allegations of corruption.
First snowfall on the mountains
The highest snowfall occurred on Monday in the high-altitude areas of Jammu and Kashmir. The Jammu-Srinagar highway has to be closed here. Avalonch warning has also been issued for four districts. Army and police rescued 10 civilians stranded due to snowfall in the Sinthan Pass. Kedarnath Dham and Badrinath Dham in Uttarakhand also received good snowfall.
13 people died in two accidents
In Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, 13 people died in two road accidents on Monday morning. Five people have been injured. Seven laborers hailing from Bihar were killed after a pickup van fell down the bridge in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The second incident happened in Siddharth Nagar, UP. Here, 6 people, including three children, were killed after the Bolero overturned.
