BHOPAL: BJP MLA was informed about the road damage at 12 places from Nayagaon in Neemuch to Labar of Dhar. Due to this, there are more accidents in this area.
In the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the answer to the question of a BJP MLA was given weighing 15 kg. BJP MLA Yashpal Singh Sisodia had asked a question related to PWD. The total weight is 15 kg, including those pages which the department minister Gopal Bhargava gave in written reply to that question.
MLA surprised by seeing the answer
The MLA in the Assembly had asked questions regarding the construction of roads. The MLA had asked how many toll road PWD is collecting tax in Indore Ujjain division. How many complaints have been received of the roads since January 1, 2015. When have these roads been audited? Besides, the MLA also sought information about the amount spent in the last 10 years in the construction of roads. In response to this, PWD Minister Gopal Bhargava has sent the truss of the reply to the MLA. The weight of this truss is said to be 15 kg. The legislator’s question was to be discussed in the assembly on Tuesday. Seeing the bundle of replies received late night, the BJP MLA was shocked. The legislators, who were preparing to go to the assembly after reading the answer overnight, got upset after seeing such a long answer. However, the question of the MLA could not be discussed in the Assembly on Tuesday. The session was adjourned till Wednesday after paying tribute to the disabled in the Legislative Assembly.

Where there is a toll collection of 25 to 35 lakhs daily. PWD is responsible for repairing the roads. Even after collecting tax of lakhs of rupees, the maintenance of roads is not being done. This is the reason that the MLA wanted a reply from the PWD on this matter.
