Bhopal The MP State Commission for Women sent several nominated information letters to DIG Bhopal Irshad Wali from 20 January 2020 to 24 December 2020 asking them to report in time. But no response has been given by DIG (DIG) Wali yet.
The State Human Rights Commission has issued a Guaranteed Arrest Warrant of five thousand rupees against DIG Irshad Ali, which will be served through IG Bhopal Police. A woman has accused Chhola Mandir police station of assault. Had asked for reports several times from Irshad Wali. The Commission has taken this decision on not giving the report.

On 27 December 2019, Kavita Rawat Gond, a resident of Bhopal’s Shiv Nagar Colony, complained to the Madhya Pradesh State Human Rights Commission, stating that the two women, SI Rakesh Tiwari and Chhola Road Police Police, were involved in a domestic dispute between Devrani-Jithani They had called and assaulted and committed obscene acts. The police had also demanded Rs 50,000 from the women. It was also said in the complaint that both the women were sent to jail without any crime and without informing the family. On complaint, the police is threatening to kill.
DIG not responding
When this complaint reached the Women’s Commission, the Commission sent several nominated information letters to DIG Bhopal Irshad Wali from 20 January 2020 to 24 December 2020 asking them to report in time. But no response has been given by DIG Wali yet. . On this, the Commission has now issued a nominated notice to DIG Bhopal Irshad Wali under Section 32 (c) of the Code of Behavior Procedure and directed them to present themselves before the Commission on 31 March 2021 and give their clarification. The commission has also issued a bailable arrest warrant of five thousand rupees in the name of DIG Wali on 18 March 2021.
