Chaibasa police a big success, 10 Naxalites involved in launch attack arrested

Chaibasa In West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand, the police against the Naxals (Chaibasa Police) got a big success. Police arrested 10 Naxalites. All of them were involved in the Lanzi attack. On March 4, three policemen were martyred in the Naxalite attack in Lanji village of Toklo police station area.

Kolhan Range DIG Rajiv Ranjan Singh said that on March 4, the police was attacked by a pipe bomb by the B team of CPI Maoist organization. In this attack, three soldiers of Jharkhand Jaguar were martyred. The police arrested 10 Naxalites involved in this attack on Saturday.

The DIG said that the SP had constituted a special team to investigate the Naxalite attack. Police arrested Ramai Hansda in this connection. In the interrogation of the police, Ramai said that at the behest of Naxalite commander Anal da alias Patiram Manjhi and Maharaja Pramanik, he along with his colleagues had planted a pipe bomb in the road to attack the police. On the second day in the morning, four Naxalites were hiding and waiting for the police to pass. As soon as the Naxalites saw the police passing through the road, the bomb exploded from the remote. 3 soldiers died in this explosion.

The DIG said that the CPI-Maoist’s B team helps in carrying the weapons of the Naxalites and plant the bomb. These people do not wear uniforms. Therefore, there is no difficulty in moving them in the villages and forests. Silently, these people get out of the chance by doing their work.
