According to the information received, two real sisters Khushi Prajapat and Suman Prajapat of Chandwas village of Ramgarh Pachwara police station area are to be married on 15 March. For the wedding, the oil climbing ceremony was to be held on Saturday. The preparations for the ritual were going on that some people of the village created a bottleneck in it due to the land dispute. The bullies barricaded the brides outside the house, due to which both of them could not get out of the house for the tradition of oil climbing. When Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kirori Lal Meena came to know about this matter, he reached the girls’ village. From there, he took the two brides to Ramgarh Pachwara police station.
Police came to see two brides with MP in the police station here. In the presence of the MP, the relatives of both the girls put their entire problems before the police (in front). He also demanded action on the bullies. The matter is related to land dispute, so the police thought it appropriate to take some time to investigate it. However, he arranged for the oil ceremony for the marriage of both girls at the police station itself. After this, the rituals of the brides’ oil offering were completed inside the police station by law.
The pandits were called to the police station for the oil-climbing ceremony. Pandit chanted Vedic chants and the women performed the ceremonial ceremonies while performing the oil climbing ceremony.
