Haryana Budget 2021: Free education from 9th to 12th, target of giving 50 thousand jobs

Chandigarh Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar presented his government’s second budget (2021-22). This time, the budget was introduced through the Budget (2021) tab. In the budget, the government has increased the old age pension by Rs 250. Now this pension has been increased to Rs 2500. This increase will come into effect from April 1. At the same time, for the purpose of encouraging inclusive education, free education will be provided to all students from class 9th to 12th. To ensure quality education and opportunities for them, an amount of Rs 192 crore will be allocated.

At the same time, Manohar Lal also announced to increase the amount of legal aid scheme to the people of scheduled caste from Rs 11 thousand to Rs 22 thousand. Panchkula and Hisar will develop as smart cities.

Under Super 100 program, two centers will be expanded in Karnal and Hisar Establishment of Institute of Engineering Technology has been approved in Government Multi Technical Institute Manesar. Higher education institutes will organize the Emumini Utsav every year. An annual calendar will be prepared for this.

Saksham Yuva Yojana to be revisedThere are 8.36 lakh unemployed in the age group of 18 to 60 years in Haryana. Of these, 20 to 35 years of unemployed will be made skilled for employment. There will be emphasis on digital connectivity in tehsils, sub-tehsils and blocks. 1823 crore has been allocated to the Department of Labor. This time, the budget of the department has been increased by 40 percent.

50 thousand youths will be given jobs

In 2021-22, minimum 50 thousand jobs will be given to the youth of Haryana in the private sector. In 2021-22, 3 new ITIs will start in Sikarona, Faridabad, Indri, Karnal and Jivannagar Sirsa. Apart from this, 20,000 houses will be built on the land of Riyana Housing Board. The implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana will be made the nodal department.
