Corona Vaccination: Vaccine will be given to people with co-morbidities from 45 years to 60 years of age.
Chandigarh The first phase of Kovid-19 Vaccination is going to start in Haryana from 1st March, 2021 i.e. from today. State Health Minister Anil Vij will inaugurate it through video conferencing. Significantly, the state’s health department has completed the first and second phases of the Kovid-19 vaccine roll out. In the third phase, people over 60 years of age and those with 45 years to 60 years of age will be vaccinated.
While sharing the information in this regard, Health Minister Anil Vij said that this vaccine will be free in government hospitals and Rs 250 in private hospitals listed by the government. He said that the state government is well equipped to ensure Bahrain health services during the Kovid-19 epidemic and it assures protection from the vaccine virus and helps to prevent its spread.
Giving more information about the third phase of Kovid-19 vaccine rollout, Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department Rajiv Arora said that in this phase, two types of beneficiaries will be given the vaccine. The first are those who are over 60 years of age and the second type of beneficiaries include people with co-morbidities between the ages of 45 and 60 years. They said that government or registered private doctors to get vaccinated people with co-morbidity. A certificate has to be obtained regarding co-morbidity from. Giving more information about this campaign, Arora said that the beneficiaries can get the vaccine for free by visiting any government-run Kovid vaccine center or they can also register themselves on the Kovin portal or Arogya Setu App.
On online registration for the vaccine, Arora stated that the beneficiary can mention the date, time and the vaccination center where he / she wants to get the vaccine and then go to the date mentioned. The beneficiary will have to bring any one of the proofs of photo identity card / Aadhar card / Voter ID card / PAN card / Driving license along with registration of co-morbidity.
Mission Director of National Health Mission, Haryana, Prabhjot Singh said that the list of 382 private hospitals listed under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana or State Government Insurance Scheme is available on the Kovin portal. During registration, the beneficiary can select the vaccination center.
