Saroj says that initially there were many problems. There were many times that people used to order, but when the order reached, people did not receive it. But now it is going very well. Saroj increased its business through apps like Sharechat, Facebook, Hello, although the most benefit came from Sharechat. After 6 months on Sharechat, Saroj’s number of trusted customers has increased to more than 1000, as well as people inquire about them for potential business. She says that the platform provided her with sufficient financial support to take care of a large family of 12 people, including a 5-month-old son.
On the occasion of Women’s Day, Saroj wished for women like her. He said that nothing is impossible, just to try. She says that many times she also gives products to such women who take the goods from them and sell them further.
