Actually, the women of Anamika’s poems do not seem to be composed, they seem like a normal woman around them. But when Anamika brings this woman in her poems, she puts her layer by layer in front of the readers, in which we see our grief, our happiness, our struggle and our frustration. When the women of their poems come out talking with each other, all the bookish women start getting dwarfed. When you pass through the recently published Anamika’s collection of poems ‘Pani Ko Sab Yaad Tha’, you will realize that this woman is a huge narrative of life. In this narrative, there is a story of every class of woman, her footsteps are there.
