Through its business model, Skootr is removing the tension of office space of large corporates, small and medium enterprises, startups or freelancers. In the year 2016, three friends Puneet Chandra, Anuj Saxena and Ankit Jain started Skootr. With the founders’ deep understanding of real estate, technology and business strategy, the company quickly became profitable.

Around 55 clients across the country
Skootr has around 55 clients across the country. Out of which big clients like Expedia, Economist, Baker & Hughes are included. If we talk about the revenue model, then according to every month Skootr charges 15,000 to 50,000 rupees for a seat in Delhi-NCR. The entire focus of the startup is on Tier-I cities and the company is working on a rapid expansion plan under this strategy.
Currently Skootr is operational in Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur and Delhi and has acquired about 5 lakh Sq ft area so far. Considering the increasing demand in the work space market, Skootr is fully expecting that their growth will increase manifold in the coming years.
