new Delhi. Indian electric vehicle manufacturer Okinawa is going to launch its electric scooter Okhi 90 on 24 March. The Okhi 90 will be the company’s new high-speed electric scooter. Before the launch, the company has released the teaser of Okhi 90. In this teaser shared on social media, only the turn signals of this scooter have been shown.

The Okinawa Okhi 90 electric scooter is expected to come with a front cowl with integrated LED indicators, an LED headlamp with LED daytime running light. It will come with chrome-painted rearview mirrors, a step-up pillion seat with chunky grab rails, alloy wheels and an LED taillight. The electric scooter will come with a design that will style it like a motorcycle.

Will be equipped with advanced features
The Okinawa Okhi 90 will be equipped with many advanced features. It will have an LED instrument cluster, on which information like speed, range, battery charge will be visible. The scooter can also be connected through a smartphone application. It can come with features like turn-by-turn navigation, vehicle alert, geo-fencing, e-call, diagnostics, ride behavior analysis etc.

150km range
The Okinawa Okhi 90 will get a lithium-ion battery pack, which will be able to run at a top speed of 80 kmph. It will give a range of around 150 km on a single charge. When launched, the Okinawa Ockhi 90 will give tough competition to rivals like Ola S1, Simple One, Bajaj Chetak, TVS iCube etc.
