Know who can register

The Union Minister said that under this scheme, if the workers working in the unorganized sector in the age group of 18-40 years register, then they will have to deposit a minimum of Rs 660 to 2400 per year. Anyone else can deposit this amount for them. After the deposit of money, according to their age group, after 60 years, Rs 3,000 will be given to them as pension. This will help them to live their life in old age.

E-shram started on UMANG App

During this, the Union Labor and Employment Minister launched e-shram on UMANG App, more than 25 crore workers working in 400 different businesses in the unorganized sector have registered on the e-shram portal. Keeping in mind the future of such laborers, the government has been continuously making important changes in its government schemes.
