With the changing times, technology has also affected our education system. But even today youth are not able to be skilled through academics. To bridge this gap between education and industry, Shweta Doshi, Mitul Thakkar and Mayuresh Shilotri started edtech startup Greyatom in the year 2017. Being computer and electronic engineers, Shweta, Mitul and Mayuresh, taking lessons from the difficulties faced in their careers, have created such a platform so that the learner can take maximum practical knowledge. This startup is currently offering courses related to data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence and front and back engineering.

Fees taken from salary on getting job
As much as the learning style of Greyatom is different, so does their revenue model. To become a learner of Greyatom, one has to first pass the entrance test. Then after the course, when a job is found, some percentage of the salary has to be paid as a fee.

So far, about 1800 learners have been enrolled in this startup focusing on quality education, out of which about 700 people have been placed. In view of the increasing demand in this sector, Greyatom is working fast on its expansion plan.

Within a year, the idea of ​​Greyatom was liked by the investors and during the Series A funding, the company has raised Rs 18 crores. In the last few years, companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter have seen a growing demand for technology-based skilled professionals. In such a situation, startups like Greyatom are playing a big role.
