CTI General Secretary Ramesh Ahuja and Secretary Gurmeet Arora said that in all the markets including Sadar Bazar, Chandni Chowk, Kashmere Gate, Bhagirath Palace, Karol Bagh, Chawri Bazar, Naya Bazar, Kamla Nagar, Rohini, Pitampura, Laxmi Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Mandoli Road. Small and big Holi Milan programs are being held.
