New Delhi. Only 3% of white-collar jobseekers want to return to the office 5 days a week. Employees will quit if the boss forces them to return to work full time. This warning has been issued by Advanced Workplace Associates (AWA), a management consultancy. The reason behind this warning by Advanced Workplace Associates is a survey conducted by it, in which it has found such findings.
The firm included about 10,000 people from across the world from the finance, technology and energy sectors in this survey. The biggest thing that came out in this survey was that people do not want to work from office for 5 days in a week. 86% of the employees said that they should get work from home facility for at least two days out of five days.
