New Delhi. It is said that talent does not fascinate anyone. She forges her own path. One such story is of Kajal Prakash Rajvaidya, born in Akola, a small town in Maharashtra. Fighting all the struggles, obstacles and hassles, at the age of just 21, i.e. in the year 2015, Kajal established the company ‘Kajal Innovation and Technical Solution (Kits, KITS)’. Through innovation, Kajal’s company is now teaching technology like robotics, automation to the students in the country’s renowned schools-colleges and institutions.
Kajal says that she had no business experience. Father used to run a panthela. The father wanted to educate the children a lot and was greedy for money. But the insistence of studies was there, so after teaching in the Zilla Parishad school till the fourth class, he got admitted in Manutai Girls School located four kilometers away. Girls are not charged here. Kajal had to walk daily to reach the school. The income was not much, so there came a time when he had to work as a recurring agent of a private bank.

Doordarshan’s robot show became the turning point of life
The turning point of Kajal’s life came when she saw a robot show on Doordarshan. Then what was it that Kajal also decided to make a robot. Kajal got admission in electronics in Polytechnic and started fulfilling the goal of robot. During this time his family got into trouble. Father became unemployed. There was no way to even pay the polytechnic fees. Nevertheless, the father somehow arranged for the loan and got him enrolled in the engineering college. Then Kajal prepared the syllabus for the new technology and went to colleges in Pune and shared it with the students. There was failure here but did not give up. After returning to Akola, somehow she started taking out her expenses from sporadic work. Along with this, in the time remaining from coaching etc., she kept on learning robotics through internet. After some time, she went to primary schools and started taking robotics workshops for fifth-class children. From here, Kajal started trying her hand in business by starting the Kits company.

His company’s clients to Yemen, Singapore, America
Kajal’s company has clients of her company till Yemen, Singapore, America. Provides training to children in various software based services including robotics, automation, biomedical instruments. It also provides service of electronic goods. When the National Robotics Competition was held in Mumbai, no one could believe the success of Kajal Innovation and Technical Solution Kits winning students from big English medium schools. Now these girls, along with Kajal, are preparing to represent India in America. He has received ITE’s Best Entrepreneur Award, USA’s Times Research Award and Startup India’s Agriculture Innovation Award. His company is one of the largest techno-vocational skill development center in Maharashtra. His company has trained one out of every twenty techno-commercial professionals in the country.
