New arrivals will change in Terminal 1 of Delhi Airport, will start from night


new Delhi. This will change the next time you visit Terminal 1’s new arrivals at Indira Gandhi Airport. Till now all flights arriving in Terminal 1C will shift to Terminal 1. This terminal is being started from today. In this, the first flight will be Indigo flight number E 6532 from Goa. The passengers of this flight will have a completely new experience at the terminal.

New arrivals at Terminal 1 of Delhi Airport has been revamped. Domestic flights will come here. Therefore, passengers traveling on domestic flights will be able to experience this. Under the ongoing Phase 3A expansion project of Delhi Airport, massive development is being done for IGI Airport. This also includes the construction of the new Terminal 1 arrivals.

The new building of Delhi Airport will start from night time.

The first flight from Goa to Indigo flight (6E 6532) will arrive at 3.20 pm at the new terminal. With the opening of the new arrivals terminal, the full operations of T1 (Indigo and SpiceJet) will start. Departure operations from terminal 1 will continue as before. Amgan hall has been prepared by extension of terminal. Here landscaping and food kiosks have been made. Also, car parking has been developed. Pickup lane has been created for outward arrivals. A total of 11 lanes have been created with three additional lanes.

Keeping in mind the green house standards, the entire terminal has been made a green house. Keeping in mind that the power consumption is low, the building has been constructed in such a way that there is enough light during the day.
