Popular tipster Evan Blass has posted an image on Twitter that shows the two executives taking a look at the smartphone. The photo was taken during the Mobile World Congress last month. However, the image does not highlight any key detail of the upcoming smartphone.
The recent report by TechCrunch revealed that the first smartphone of the company will sport a similar transparent design as the Nothing true wireless earbuds. This means the device is said to come with the same ‘elements of transparency’ design as the true wireless earbuds.
The report further adds that the company has been working on a smartphone for over a year. Also in February last year, the company acquired the smartphone brand Essential. 9to5Google found fillings with the UK’s Intellectual Property Office. The documents disclosed that the former Essential CEO Andy Rubin has transferred ownership of Essential’s brand assets to Carl Pei’s Nothing Technologies Limited.
