new Delhi. Gurugram-based Okinawa Autotech on Thursday launched the Okhi 90 electric scooter in the Indian market. Its starting price has been fixed at Rs 1.22 lakh (ex-showroom, after FAME II subsidy). Many styling highlights and new features have been given in Ockhi 90. This is the company’s third electric scooter after the iPraise+ and Praise Pro.
The Okhi90 electric scooter will give tough competition to the popular Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X and TVS iQube scooters in the segment. Okinawa’s Okhi-90 can be purchased from Okinawa dealers and Galaxy stores across the country. The company has started booking the Okinawa Okhi 90.

Yeh Mileng Color Option
Okinawa Okhi 90 has been launched in four color options. The electric scooter is available in Red, White, Blue and Gray colours. Apart from this, for the first time in the electric scooter segment, 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels are being available in this scooter. Targeting the youth, the company has given it a fancy styling look.
160 km range
The Ockhi 90 uses a 3800-watt motor. The company claims that it will be capable of delivering a range of more than 160 km with a top speed of 80 kmph to 90 kmph. The Ockhi 90 is powered by a 72V 50 AH Lithium Ion battery, which is swappable and supports fast charging.

Will get keyless start feature
The electric scooter accelerates from zero to 90 kmph in 10 seconds. It also gets a boot space of 40-litres, which is the biggest in its segment. It has been given two riding modes. The first Eco, which offers speeds of up to 60 kmph, can be driven to its full potential with the sports mode. Apart from this, knob-style automatic keyless start feature has also been given in it.
Okinawa Autotech’s electric scooter offers many connected features and this list includes music play control, vehicle battery charge status, geo-fencing, find my vehicle option, trip history, driver score, speeding alert, navigation.
