Rakesh Jhunjhunwala said that India just needs a support like ease of doing business. He said that there is no doubt that urbanization will increase in India. And as it grows, India will also need developed houses. Like other infrastructure, there will be an emphasis on the development of the housing (real estate) sector.

As far as the metro, till there housing
Giving an example, he said that when he goes to the metro in London, he sees that as far as the metro line is there, housing is developed. So Mumbai is building a metro for 40 kilometers and as the transport facilities develop, so will the development of housing.
