He gave this opinion in a program organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Real Estate. Big Bull also spoke openly about the real estate sector and his Akasa Air in the program. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala said that he is absolutely sure about Aakasa and that his venture will be successful.

However, billionaire investor Jhunjhunwala said that he is very bullish on the real estate sector as it is going to be a huge asset class in itself. Talking about his new venture Akasa Air, Jhunjhunwala said that the aviation sector will grow in the future. He has a game plan regarding Akasa Air. Akasa has already received the delivery of a quarter of the total fleet of IndiGo. Akasa has hired around 50 employees for back office functions and is now recruiting pilots, flight attendants and airport staff.
Rakesh Jhunjhunwala said that the founding team of Akasa has a long history of running the airline. Dubey is a former veteran of Delta Air Lines Inc., which also operated Jet Airways in 2019. He also headed the Wadia Group’s no-frills carrier Go Airlines India Limited. Akasa is also backed by Aditya Ghosh, who led IndiGo for nearly a decade and once took the startup to the top spot in the country.

warehousing business of the future
Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has also said that he is very excited about the Warehousing Business in India. He said that the storage is still in the initial stage in the country. Further warehousing will be required, as many companies are now looking to do this on their own by not giving the responsibility of warehousing to Warehousing Logistics Groups. Do not want to give the responsibility of warehousing to logistics groups.
