new Delhi : Candidates who are waiting for a job in Indian Railways can get good news soon. The high-powered committee constituted by the Railways to review the controversy over the two CBT and NTPC results in RRB Group D recruitment, may possibly submit its report by tomorrow or the day after. Based on the recommendations given in the report of this committee, the Railway Recruitment Board will take a decision on Group D in two phases and NTPC result pattern. More than one crore candidates of RRB are waiting for this report.
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) had constituted a five-member high-powered committee to consider the objections of angry candidates after the NTPC and Group D recruitment examinations were banned after the controversy that arose across the country. This committee has to submit its report. Railway sources are telling that according to the expectation, the committee will submit the report with its recommendations by March 4 or 5. The committee had heard all the complaints and suggestions of the angry candidates in the month of February. Their complaints and doubts were heard from the candidates in different zones. Along with this, their objections and suggestions were lodged on behalf of the candidates through e-mail on a large scale.

A railway source said, the Indian Railways High Power Committee has heard and understood the complaints, suggestions and doubts of the candidates. After examining the objections, new criteria can be decided by the committee as per the rules of the result. Along with this, some new recommendations regarding the result and Group D CBT can also be given by the committee.
A team of railway organization representatives was scheduled to meet with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and Chairman of Railway Board today regarding issues related to railway personnel and RRB NTC Result and Group D CBT, but due to their absence in Delhi, this meeting was held. Has been postponed, which may be scheduled soon.
