Share Market Update News Today: A mixed trend is going on in the Indian market. On Tuesday, the second day of the trading week, the pre-opening of the market took place on the green mark. National Stock Exchange’s Sensitive Index (National Stock Exchange Fifty) Nifty opened with slight gains at 17,120 points. The Mumbai Stock Market Sensitive Index BSE Sensex also started at the level of 57,297.57. Shortly after the market opened, the Sensex jumped 20 points to reach the level of 57,305.
However, as soon as the market opened, this greenery disappeared and the graph of the market turned red. At 9.30, the Sensex fell 221 points against yesterday and started trading at 57,071 points. Nifty also fell 57 points to open at the level of 17,059.
All the global signals for India’s stock market, including the Russia-Ukraine war, are looking very mixed.
In the initial phase of trading, out of 30 companies registered in the BSE Sensex, stocks of 14 companies were seen trading on the green mark. The stock of Tata Steel was seen trading at Rs 1318 with a jump of 1.26 per cent. Wipro, TCS, HCL Tech, Dr. Reddy, Sun Pharma, Maruti, Bharti Airtel, Power Grid and Titan are among the stocks trading on the green mark.

The market was closed on the red mark
On Monday, the first trading day of the week, the stock market opened on the green mark. The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex opened at 58,030 with a gain of 166 points, while the Nifty index of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) also opened with a jump of 46 points at the level of 17,333. At the end of trading, the Sensex closed at 57,292.49, down 571.44 points. On the other hand, Nifty lost 169.45 points and closed at 17,117.60 level.
Sensex climbed a day before Holi
In the previous session, a day before Holi, the BSE Sensex jumped 1,047.28 points to close at 57,863.93 points. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange climbed 311.70 points to close at 17,287.05.
