Stock Market: Strong opening of the market, Sensex opened close to 56 thousand, Nifty also increased

new Delhi. The Indian stock market made a sharp start on Thursday as expected. Sensex and Nifty opened with gains in support of global factor.

The Sensex started trading with a gain of 452 points in the morning and opened at 55,921. Similarly, Nifty also opened at 16,723 points with a gain of 117 points and investors started buying fiercely. A day earlier on Wednesday, the Sensex had lost 778 points and the Nifty 188 points.

Investor’s positive sentiment
The momentum of a good start to the market continued and at 9.27 am, the Sensex was trading at 55,819 with a gain of 350 points. Nifty was also up around 16,708 with a gain of 102 points. Experts estimate that the market can compensate for the weakness that came a day earlier today.

Investors’ attitude has been more towards Coal India, ONGC, IOC, UPL and Tata Steel and a sharp jump is also visible in these stocks. On the other hand, HDFC Life, SBI Life Insurance, UltraTech Cement, Nestle India and Cipla are staying away from the stocks. Today all the sectors are seeing a boom and IT, gas, oil have increased by 1 to 2 per cent. BSE midcap and smallcap are seeing a jump of 1 per cent.
