In such a situation, 32-year-old Lalit Parmar, who was a management student, decided to do something different. Studied and experimented a lot. Then with an experiment, his luck shone in such a way that he became a millionaire.
Lalit tells that his mother is diabetic. They were looking for nutritious food grains for their mother. Meanwhile, someone told him that black wheat will be of great benefit in this because it is sugar free wheat. His research took him to the National Agri Food Biotechnology Research Center in Punjab, Mohali. From here Lalit learned how to cultivate black wheat.

If friends like wheat, then started order supply across the country
The demand for black wheat has increased so much that this time Lalit planted the crop in 10 acres. He also gave this wheat to his friends from Bhopal. Friends liked wheat and they marketed it across the country. They supply orders directly instead of mandi. The fields from which he could earn a modest income, now he has started earning big income from the same fields.
Wheat is sugar free due to anthocyanin
The amount of anthocyanin in black wheat is found to be higher by 149 passes per million than in common wheat. Anthrocyanin is a natural anti-oxidant and antibiotic, which proves to be very effective in diseases like heart attack, cancer, sugar, mental stress, knee pain, anemia. It is also sugar free due to Ethocyanin. Starch is also less. In such a situation, it is beneficial for sugar patients. It also has a high amount of zinc. Digestion capacity also increases rapidly by eating it. The amount of fat in it is also less, due to which obesity also does not increase. Black wheat is slightly different from normal wheat in color and taste, but is very nutritious.

On YouTube came to know about another farmer from Shulajpur, who was producing black wheat. Lalit bought its seed for Rs 200 per kg. There was a loss at first but later they started getting 15 to 20 times the yield per acre. According to him, this wheat is sold in the market for 7 to 8 thousand rupees per quintal. Now their crops are ready and they are getting continuous orders from Rajasthan, UP, Karnataka and Uttarakhand.
