The reason behind this is that the employee had shared the company’s video on YouTube. In this video the employee shared the video reviewing the full self-driving (FSD) beta software.

According to the report of CNBC, the name of the person who has been fired by Tesla is John Bernal. John used to work in Tesla as an auto pilot employee. John posted a video on his YouTube, in which he explained how the company’s self-driving beta system works in different locations around Silicon Valley. After this the company has taken action against him.

There has been no official statement from Tesla as to why they pulled John out. According to the report, Tesla does not tolerate any kind of outside criticism from its employees. Employees are given the opportunity to raise their point of view at different levels in the companies.

John Bernal says that he joined Tesla in August 2022. Then his joining was done as a data specialist. Then he was sent in the role of advance driver. John was fired in February this year. John has already made many videos with friends.
