This Indian company made a mark abroad, created a new record by exporting 10 lakh bikes


new Delhi. TVS Motor Company, one of India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturers, has made a big achievement recently. In the financial year 2011-22, the company’s overseas exports have reached 10 lakh units. The Madras based Indian company has achieved this important export milestone for the first time in a financial year. This includes sales of TVS Motor Company as well as PT TVS, Indonesia.

The company said in a statement, “The main exports include TVS Apache series (TVS Apache Series), TVS HLX Series (TVS HLX Series), TVS Raider (TVS Rider) and TVS Neo Series (TVS Neo Series). The increase in global bike sales has contributed significantly to this achievement.” TVS Motor has presence in 80 countries across Africa, South East Asia, Central and Latin America.

Sudarshan Venu, Joint Managing Director of the company said, “The 10 lakh export mark is a major milestone for TVS Motor Company. This is a big step towards becoming a global company in personal mobility.” He said, “TVS Motor has always been committed to quality, technology and customer delight and this should be enhanced further in future.
