Motorola Edge 30 Pro is tipped to launch in India soon. The company has scheduled an online event for February 24 where it will unveil a new E series phone. While it has not revealed the name of the phone, the upcoming phone is rumoured to be Motorola Edge 30 Pro. Ahead of the launch, the alleged price of the phone has appeared online.
It is rumoured that the Motorola Edge 30 Pro phone may cost Rs 55,999. The smartphone is tipped to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core processor. Motorola Edge 30 Pro is said to be a rebranded version of Moto Edge X30. The device was launched in China in 2021.
For those unaware, Moto Edge X30 comes with a starting price of CNY 3199 (approx. Rs 38,000) for the 8GB+128GB storage model. The phone is offered in a 12GB RAM model as well.

Moto Edge X30 comes with a 60MP camera at the front for selfies. The sensor offers f/2.2 aperture. Rear camera system on the device consists of a 50MP primary camera with f/1.88 aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display. It offers a refresh rate of 144 Hz and 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The phone’s display comes with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass on top.
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core processor, the phone has up to 12GB of RAM.
The high-end smartphone comes in two storage variants — 128GB and 256GB. Moto edge X30 runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of MYUI 3.0.
The dual-SIM smartphone comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos. The handset also comes with IP52 rating which makes it splash resistant.
Moto edge X30 features a triple rear camera which comprises 50MP main sensor with f/1.88 aperture, 50MP 114° ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. This is the first Motorola smartphone to offer a 60MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.
