new Delhi. Bengaluru-based EV startup Oben Electric recently launched its first electric motorcycle Oben Rorr in India. The company claims that this bike will cover a distance of up to 200 km on a single charge. The deliveries of the Oben Ror electric bike will start in July 2022.

The Oben Rorr electric bike is giving tough competition to the Tork Kratos R and Revolt RV400 already available in the market. So here, by comparing the price, features and range of all three e-bikes, let’s see which bike will be best for you.

Price of all three bikes
Oben Electric has launched the Roar electric motorcycle at a price of Rs.99,999. In states like Telangana, electric motorcycles cost up to Rs 1,24,999. This price includes all incentives like FAME II subsidy or state subsidy. Hence the price will vary from state to state.

As compared to Oben Roar, Revolt RV400 and Torque Kratos R are less affordable. Revolt RV 400 electric motorcycle price in Delhi starts from Rs. 1,23,999 compared to Oben Roar price in Delhi is Rs. 1,02,999.

Torque Kratos R electric motorcycle price in Pune is Rs. 1,92,499. However, if FAME II subsidy and state subsidy are added, the price comes down to ₹ 1,07,999. This is much less than the Oben Ror’s price of Rs.99,999 in Maharashtra.

Which bike has the best features
The Oben Roar bike gets circular all-LED headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights, LED turn indicators and LED taillights. It gets telescopic front forks and plaque alloy wheels. The top speed of this bike is 100 kmph. It comes with three riding modes Eco, City and Havoc. Apart from this, a 6.5-inch display is available in Roar, which can be connected to the mobile app.

The Revolt RV400 comes with a slim design profile. It gets stylish features like hexagonal shape headlights. It can be connected to the MyRevolt mobile app. It gives information like nearby charging stations and battery.

Talking about Tork Kratos R, it also comes with smart features. Which also includes geofencing, motor walk assist, find my bike function, crash alert and vacation mode.

Range, Charging and Battery
The Oben Roar gives a range of about 200 km on a single charge. The electric motorcycle gets a 4.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. It can accelerate from 0-40 mph in just 3 seconds. This battery can be fully charged in two hours.

The Revolt RV400 gives a range of 150 kms on a single charge. It has a lithium-ion removable battery of 3.24kWh. It can be charged with a portable charger of 15Amp. This battery can refill about 75 percent charge in just three hours. The top speed of this bike is 85 kmph.

In comparison, the Torque Kratos R electric motorcycle gives a range of 180 km on a single charge. It gets a 4kWh lithium-ion battery, which can be recharged up to 80 percent in an hour with a fast charger. Its top speed is 105 kmph.
